How long will my arrangement last?

We select each of our blooms to maximise the life span of your arrangement. With appropriate flower care and correct conditions, generally your flowers should last 6-10 days, some can last as long as 2-3 weeks.

How can I get the most from my floral arrangement?

If you’ve received a bouquet, you can ensure longevity by removing the wrap, trimming a small amount from each stem, and placing in a clean vase of fresh water, remembering to remove any leaves that may sit under the water in your vase. Change water and trim your stems regularly. If you’ve received an arrangement with a florist foam, make sure you top up the water over the foam every 2 days. Lastly, ensure your arrangements are displayed in a cool area.

Can I order a custom arrangement if I’d like something specific?

Absolutely! If you have something special in mind, please give our friendly team a call and they can walk you through the order process.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the product in the photos?

We will always endeavour to fulfill orders as per the product descriptions listed. However due to the nature of all flowers being unique and seasonal, if required Hello Petals will substitute with blooms equally as beautiful.

Can I make changes after I submit my order?

If any changes need to be made, please contact us as soon as possible. Provided the arrangement hasn’t yet left the store, we will try our best to meet any requests.

Do you offer a weekly subscription service?

We certainly do! We are flexible and can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly arrangements for you shop, home or office. Contact us to discuss your options.
