Delivery Information

At Hello Petals, we offer a variety of ways to receive your arrangements.

In-Store Pickup: We are available for in store collection Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

CBD Delivery: We offer no-fee delivery to shops and offices within walking distance of our shopfront in Wangaratta CBD. Just select ‘In-store Pickup’ and add the recipient and store name in the additional info section at checkout.

Local Delivery: We offer $10 local Wangaratta delivery.

Delivery outside of Wangaratta: All other deliveries are taken by our trusted couriers. These deliveries are charged at the rates stated below.

  • Wangaratta, North Wangaratta, Waldara, Laceby, Bowser

    $10 Delivery - Monday to Saturday. Same day delivery available if order placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, or 12pm Saturday.

  • Killawarra, Peechelba, Glenrowan, Springhurst, Moyhu, Whitfield, King Valley, Milawa, Oxley, Everton, Markwood, Eldorado

    $15 Delivery - Monday to Friday only. Same day delivery available if order placed before 9.30am Monday to Friday.

  • Beechworth, Stanley, Myrtleford, Chiltern, Rutherglen, Corowa, Benalla, Bundalong

    $20 Delivery - Monday to Friday only. (Rutherglen/Corowa Thursday only) Same day delivery available if order placed before 9.30am Monday to Friday.

  • Shepparton, Yarrawonga, Albury/Wodonga, Bright, Porepunkah

    $25 Delivery - Monday to Friday only. Same day delivery available if order placed before 9.30am Monday to Friday.

If your order is placed after the cut off times listed above, we will add it to our next available delivery run.

PLEASE NOTE: On high volume days such as Valentines Day & Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee a specified delivery time, only a delivery day.

Delivery Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery details. Hello Petals will not be liable for any issues or delays arising from unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect details. In this case, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

What happens if no-one is home?

If the recipient isn’t home at time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered and discreet location at the property. In circumstances such as inclement weather, locked gates or unsecured pets, a delivery card will be left in the mailbox for the recipient to collect in-store. Deliveries that include alcohol cannot be left unattended and need to be received by persons over 18.
